Life Skills and Independent Living
Our Facility will help Veterans rebuild confidence routing and long term Stability. We have daily mental Check-ins. Sing along hour as well as game night.
Bible Study and Devotional Groups
The Lord is my Rock and I will lead all of our days with prayer and gratitude. We will have designated days for Bible reading and open discussions and testimonies.
Cooking and Nutrition Classes
We will have nutrition classes as well as a Menu. There will be homemade meals daily as well as snacks. On Thursdays we have "Open Kitchen" where you can cook your own meal or participate in helping cook dinner.
Time Management and routine building
Every day there will be a House Manager visit to see that each Veteran has everything they need, room is clean. Go over their schedule for appointments that week and agendas, as well as goals set for the Month.
Group Support Team
Each week we will also meet in a group of people who have similar problems and experiences. With Group support, you can gain new perspectives and develop solutions together. Also,helps the Veterans become friends and get to know each other better.
VA Benefit Assistance & Disability Claims guidance
We have a designated team to help fill out and update any paperwork needed. We have a computer onsite in case they would like to complete the information by themselves.
